Background

Founded in 2004, Aspire Academy (AA) has become the largest sports academy in the Middle East, aiming to develop Qatari talents while providing comprehensive school education. The academy is renowned for its significant contributions to sports and education while feeding talents to Qatar National Teams.

OBJECTIVES
Cosette’s mission was to showcase Aspire Academy’s pivotal role in developing talents who represented the Qatari national team at the FIFA World Cup.
CHALLENGES
- Limited public awareness of AA’s significant contribution to the national team.
- Uninformed public about AA’s legacy.
- Doubtful parents concerning the academic future of their children.
- Weak digital presence, despite significant achievements worthy of recognition.

SOLUTIONS

- Initiated a digital campaign spotlighting national team players developed at AA.
- Produced a documentary series showcasing the development of sports programs.
- Conducted thorough research on the academy’s accomplishments since 2004, creating engaging and informative content.
- Filmed interviews with the Education and Student Affairs staff to highlight the school’s effective curriculum.
- Highlighted successful alumni from non-sport industries using storytelling content.
- Developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract public support and strengthen students’ sense of belonging to the academy.

RESULTS

- Impressed AA’s management.
- Achieved an 85% increase in engagement across media platforms.

OBJECTIVES
Cosette’s task was to illuminate how Aspire Academy plays a key role in tailoring its content for Ramadan, underscoring the importance of the institution’s alignment with the religious and cultural events that occur throughout the year.

CHALLENGES
- Integrating Ramadan-related activities within a sports institution.
- Adapting diverse content while maintaining consistent tone and messaging.
- Curating a select list of distinguished guests to enhance content diversity.
- Expanding content variety to avoid repetition in postings.

SOLUTIONS
- Developed a Ramadan-specific campaign to feature exclusive Ramadan- themed content throughout the holy month.
- Under the campaign umbrella, we divided the content into distinct segments:
1. Wellness Advice | 2. Ramadan Riddles | 3. Spiritual Guidance | 4. Athletics-Oriented Content
- Featured previous alumni, educators, trainers, and students as prominent figures in the Ramadan content presentations.
- Hosted interviews with globally recognized personalities, including Othman Al Khamis, to provide religious insights.
- Implemented a content diversification strategy, outlining the specific segments each featured participant will lead.
